We are a privately owned firm and have personally managed our apartment buildings since 1988. We now have apartments in Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta, Montreal,Quebec. and Stratford ,Ontario.

The majority of our apartments are in the city of Calgary. A number of our tenants are from outside the city of Calgary who are attending the University of Calgary or who have migrated from another city or province to reside in Calgary. We have set up this website to enable prospective tenants to view our buildings and communicate with us by e-mail thus overcoming the distance factor when searching for an apartment to rent. Appointments to view suites can be made directly with our resident managers. They may also be contacted by phone to answer any queries you may have.
